CleverHouse is a flexible system which makes it easy to manage all the technical installations in your home or building.

The system is based on a wireless master controller, SC.CC.01, with web access, which handles the various functions used in a regular electrical installation.

Through CleverHouse, the user is equipped with 2 weekly programs, each of which can be set up with desired temperatures, volume etc. according to time.The fact that there are 2 week programs is designed for schools, for example, where there is a normal week and then holiday weeks.

In addition, there is the “One-time event” function, which is an event created based on a date and time compared to weekly programs that are created by the days of the week. The "one-time event" is often used for events that only happen once in a while, for example, if the church has workmen come by early in the morning.

Typically, people use a digital calendar to create events and via an iCal feature in CleverHouse it is possible to use it to control heating, lighting, access control and more in buildings.

Most calendars are supported by iCal such as Outlook, Google, Teamup, Churchdesk and more. When using the iCal feature, simply create an event in the calendar, which is read by CleverHouse and uses the data in the same way as if a weekly program or one-time event was created.

The controller is intelligent, logging data and learning about buildings, helping to save energy for customers. For example, the system calculates the heating time itself, thus saving energy by only turning on the heating when it is needed. In the calculation, the system takes into account the outside temperature, the current temperature in the room and turns on the heating so that there is the desired temperature at the time specified in a weekly program.
