Within the app, the administrator can upload PDF files, which the user of the app can read. This could include manuals for household appliances that are fixed in the apartment, maintenance manuals for wooden floors, or other documents that the tenant needs access to.

The messaging module allows the administrator to send notifications through the app, which triggers a push notification for the user.

By using the multi-installation, it also becomes easy to integrate consumption readings for electricity, water, and heating. Additionally, a comprehensive monitoring system can be set up for each apartment's indoor climate to ensure a healthy living environment and prevent mold damage.
