What you should know about our treatment of your personal information: 

  • SOFTCONTROL APS is responsible for the treatment of your personal information, that we obtain from you. This pertains, not matter if you have shown interest or bought a CleverHouse, EnergySystem, SunSystem or InfoScreen product.

  • The purpose with the treatment of your personal informations are to supply as good a service and products to you and your company, and keep you up to date on news, functions and product options, according to Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) Article 5, 1b. 
  • The legal basis to treat your information according to your consent according to Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) 6 stk. 1 a, and/or the agreement/contract/order of according to Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) 6 stk. 1 b, and/or legislation according to Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) artikel 6 stk. 1 c, and/or the data responsible or third party can pursue their legitimate interest (unless in violation of the registered interests or rights – especially if the registered is a child) 
  • In the personal category we only store information, which are common and not sensitive 
  • We pass on personal information to datahandler, advisors and to 3. Parties deemed necessary to carry out the task 
  • We only store data within the confines of the EU/EØS 
  • We might store personaldata on you, that are obtained from you and public available sources 
  • We store the data as long as this is legal according to the Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), financial or other laws and regulations. 
  • We are not using profiling to make automatic decisions, that affects your personal or in general rights of freedom. 

 

You have according to the Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) a series of rights terms of the treatment of your personal data. If you wish to freely exercise your rights, pls. Contact us: 

 

  • You have the rights to insight and verification of your data on our platforms 
  • You have the right to get your data cancelled, unless we of financial or legal reasons assess, that we must keep the data in a longer period. We will at latest delete your data according to the rules of the Danish “formueret”. 
  • You have the right to choose that your data should be limited in our process, to object to our treatment of your personal data and get them send upon your request (dataportability).
